That's interesting! I'm glad it is helping you. Just in case you are not aware, there is a link between long term famotidine use and dementia, so please be careful!

There is a link to dementia with PPIs, not Famotidine, which is an antihistamine.

Speaking only for myself but MY research indicates Famotidine does not cause dementia… but for 4 yrs either my long COVID symptoms I’ve felt as if I already have dementia but still had the awareness of dementia/ like symptoms so I’m willing to take the chance of getting dementia but enjoying the mental clarity and finally having found words I wasn’t able to find and enjoying less anxiety for however long it lasts and in no way am I trying to convince anyone to use this but merely sharing MY EXPERIENCE ONLY.
