@maliko i didn’t have any reaction to 600 mg of NAC. I did receive a tip from a Health Food store where I first found it.
I was told to buy a product / brand that had third party testing to ensure purity, but perhaps not everyone can tolerate the amino acid. With that kind of reaction, it might not be worth trying a different brand!
