Is there any help at all for foot numbness in PN
I’ve had PN several years. I’m not diabetic (amazingly), and I don’t have pain in my feet - just this horrible numbness, mainly in my left foot (sometimes both feet), leading to the fear of falling, AGAIN!
I’m wondering if anyone has found ANYTHING to help. I’ve spent buckets of money on creams, plus I’ve seen all kinds of expensive gadgets advertised on TV. I’m hesitant to buy any of them, since they look like versions of snake oil.
Has anyone had ANY relief from this horrific and DANGEROUS numbness?

I was skeptical at first, but after using them religiously, an improvement in numbness
has been realised. Hope they work and you achieve some relief. My problems seemed to develop after a knee replacement, not sure if there is any connection though.
Not sure if these golden years are what they are cracked up to be!!!!
Thanks for the reply. Good luck with your therapy.
I believe Electrical Impulse Therapy is a stronger version of 10/s.
I tried Barefoot Shoes, and after a couple of months I threw them in the trash. PN is here to stay.
Thank you - you saved me the hassle!
I still keep praying, tho…🙏
Don't rule out barefoot shoes, they aren't a cure but they make your feet work a little harder and I find my balance and muscle control has improved and the numbness - a little. Several people on here have reported similar results.
I don't know you, but I felt like I was reading my situation almost identically. Not sure what to say, but it's an odd event to have such a near perfect description.. . hello!
Only that I take Lyrica don’t know what to say so sorry
Does Lyrica actually minimize the numbness? If so, I’ll try it. I’m at the point where I’ll try anything!
Thanks!
What is Electric Impulse therapy?
