If you click on the blue highlighted user name beginning with the @ sign which is at the top of their post, you will be taken to their Mayo Connect user page, and you have a link provided there that you can send them a private message. You can then exchange emails or private info.

You probably have to be logged in as a member for this to work, so if you are not a member, you will have to join.
