silkabaysa1, Bless you. You are not alone on this. I had a high heart rate of 136 after COVID doing absolutely nothing. It does make you feel anxious.

I went to a cardiologist and had the echo stress test done, halter monitor and it all came out fine.

It took it about 3 months to come back down to normal.

Praying for you as I understand how this make you feel. You are very aware of your heart rate when it is higher than normal.
