@janetbender

After Covid I’ve had fluctuating pulse rates.
Lab tests didn’t diagnose the problem, but changing my position from lying to sitting or standing, my pulse rate increased 30 points.
There are many things it could be, but I was diagnosed by my cardiologist with POTS.
I haven’t had success with either medicine -separately or combined but I’m hopeful.

If you have an Oximeter put it on a finger and see if there’s a fluctuation from lying to sitting to standing.
Or try a blood pressure cuff in different positions.

Good luck!

Same here when I’m resting I’m within acceptable but high numbers. Then after tapping my chest and trying to relax I have gotten it much lower.But when I get up it changes to much higher numbers. I’m sure that my anxiety over this also plays into the problem.
I hope that you find a answer to your problem. Know that your not alone I was on Reditt and found others are having to deal with the same issues.
