My pain is more on the left side, otherwise I completely relate as you are describing my terrible discomfort exactly!
I pray we get through this stronger and wiser with the least amount of pain possible.

Turns out it was a herniated disc at L3-4. I got a spinal epidural and got relief. My back hurts all the time but nothing like it was. Good luck to all. Hang in there!
