I have been using Trimix for about 3 months. I was experiencing increasingly worsening ED symptoms. None of the pills were working for me at all. (your mileage may vary) To answer the question... Yes I still have a fully functional erection after ejaculation.

How long does the Trimix last? The first vial remained fully effective in the refrigerator for about a month and a half. After that I noticed that it still worked however the erection was not as firm and only lasted about 45 minutes. (good enough!!!)
