Thank you so much for taking the time to give helpful comments. I didn't see your comments sooner because I didn't see any notification in my email that indicated that I received a comment.

Lately, I have been feeling that I need to give more focus on my cervical kyphosis. And my feeling is being strengthened after seeing your comment.

For the abdominal issues, I did colonoscopy and I was told that there is an active inflammation on my small intestine and chronic inflammation in my stomach. I have some follow up to do for this. I still don't know if my abdominal issues is separate from my head pain and sensations.

Hi, I just came across this site and found your email very interesting, especially the part about active inflammation in the gut, specifically the small bowel. You may by now have received a proper diagnosis, but in case you are still struggling with this wide array of signs and symptoms I felt strongly compelled to comment. I went through a protracted period of symptoms for many years starting in my college years , many of which you are describing. I experienced debilitating headaches throughout my twenties and thirties in conjunction with chronic gut, considered irritable bowel, though mine was associated with weight loss and a variety of skin and joint issues. Despite being in excellent physical shape, eating a balanced diet, and trying desperately to get answers I lived in pretty much chronic pain.
I had a GI work up early on which identified what is termed, "flat bowel". My internist consulted with the radiologist and neither of them knew what to make of it, finally atributing it to "a virus". Had this finding been present on a basic bowel xray some twenty years later it would have led to a sm bowel biopsy and serum blood testing for Celiac disease. Every symptom you described is very prevelant in this disease state, a neuroendocrine autoimmune disorder, which frequently in times past , could go undiagnosed for years. I certainly was one of many who lived with this disabling condition. My Migraines disappeared once I stopped ingesting gluten and I successfully weaned off of medication I required for treatment for over 10 years. If you are still symptomatic without answers I would recommend investigating this potential etiology with a team of Celiac disease specialists at a major medical center, like the Mayo clinic.
I do hope you may have already been able to get the help you deserve.
