To the person who asked for a copy of my exercises, I can do that. Again, not sure they help, but I feel I have to do something and my ortho doctor believes in them.
I will always believe in movement and being active.

Can you post a copy of the exercises, please? Like to see what others are doing and maybe incorporate into mine. How often do you do them? How often does anyone do back exercises to help combat pain from stenosis? 😊
