Thanks everyone for all the information and all your help..
I see the Oncologist in 2 weeks, so fingers crossed. Not sure what the Gleason score is but don't know it.

Whatever your gleason score is : Get a 2nd or 3rd opinion .
I speak from experience . My 1st Transpernineal MRI Fusion Biopsy was Begign ( Negative )
The 2nd Biopsy Gleason 6 A 2nd Opinion Upgraded to Gleason 3 +4 =7 and the 3rd Opinion ( on my 2nd biopsy ) changed again fro 6 cores G6 , then G7 were changed to : 4 Cores G6 and 2 cores G 3 +4 = 7 Take your pick .
When it comes to analyzing a prostate biopsy " " Beauty is in the eye of the beholder " -- It's very subjective . Let's hope for more accurate interpretations in the future with AI
