Someone may have mentioned this already (even me....) - Voltaren Gel works really well on arthritis in the hands and feet. It's available OTC and I use it for my arthritic shoulder, and sometimes for my hands.

Voltaren is also available in pill form with an Rx. I find it works a lot better than Celebrex.
