I had a couple more 5,000-step days without any candy or cookies. I missed Thanksgiving due to a seizure. I've been sleeping for a couple of days which is normal for me after a seizure.
I think I might want to try an octopus but everytime I think of one I remember the octopus at the Seattle aquarium that changed color and texture right in front of us.

I had a rat come visit me quite a few months back. Now there is one in my garage. I hope it's not Herman, my former house guest since I have traps set out there.
I‘d hate to see Herman get his neck snapped.
You won't “eat anything,” remember the delicacies I wanted to send you?
I was recently in an Asian store and they had all sorts of grotesque vile things cockroaches you name it. I immediately thought of you thinking you would be in hog heaven.

Hope its not humid now. my trip to New Orleans convinced me never to go back into that humid weather.

Take care,
Jake

Hi
So sorry to hear about your missed Thanksgiving and hope all is well now. It was a beautiful day here just hitting 70 and now we are just barely 50 with a nice long stretch of cool weather and low humidity at 8 this Saturday morning.
Have had family here from Orlando since Thursday…so much food went into my mouth omg.

I would not eat any insects thank you ,even covered in chocolate. I’m adventurous to a point. Try to keep up the steps..I love this time of year and walk a little later in the morning when it’s this cold here.

Hope Herman the rat has disappeared. Going next door now to see what the family agenda is for today and try to ignore all the goodies in my daughter’s kitchen.

Stay healthy and happy and wishing no more medical episodes for you my friend. Happy holidays to all the Mayo people who participate. Will check in before Christmas.
