Trying to make sense of my endometrial biopsy results.

Hi everyone, I’m trying to make sense of my endometrial biopsy results. I’ve been able to see this on my online file, but my doctor has not contacted me yet.
It says: Endometrium, biopsy:
- Scanty strip of superficial endometrial cells
- Small fragment of squamous cells
When I see the word squamous, it makes me freak out. I have nobody to ask, so I thought I’d try here.
Thanks for any help or advice,
Beth

I'm told by my oncology nurses that I would be contacted if the results are concerning. But I ask anyways if the results on the patient portal are not easy to understand. I need confirmation, that I don't need to worry. Luckily my clinic/hospital is good responding same or next day. Have you reached out to him again to get an answer? Tell the office staff you are worried and they are causing extra anxiety. Don't let them ignore you. Do they have an office manager? Speak to that person. Did you consider writing a letter to the doc? At the meeting ask your doctor how you can get better communication from him/his office and maybe have some medication for anxiety available if you need it. Let him know how you suffered also mentally. I wish you good news and better, quicker care.
