@foxysoxy21, I hear your despair and your loneliness. Your words have been read an ocean away. It may be only text on a screen, but these words are what I and others here on this forum can offer as you search for and find hope, healing and a path forward.
They say, when you've hit rock bottom, the only direction is up. I hope that can be true for you. When our support system of family and friends turns its back, we have to build a new network of support. You started by reaching out here - a good first step.
Might you be able to find a social worker who could help to find services to help you back on your feet? Additionally, you might be surprised that by giving, it will be you who receives. Are there opportunities where you could volunteer locally?

I actually saw a social worker five yrs ago when I lost my house and was having to give away my belongings. She said "at least you have support" after seeing a bunch of ladies at my house going through my belongings. They were actually just helping themselves to things - they weren't there for me!
She said I must volunteer and I opened a gift shop and gave money and support yo local refugees to make me supplies and I wanted them to teach skills at workshops. Sadly l, they one by one disappeared in time, never wanted to present their skills but happily took the groceries o bought them and beads etc.. been a hard road realising I was used and at the end of the day I am depleted, gave my everything... And now still sit with nothing to do. But because they are young and able to do manual labour .. they have work .. very hard country for a single 55 yr old woman to live with only experience in my skillset .. nobody wants it.
I actually need the money .. so cannot volunteer anymore .. it always costs .. stalemated always !
