osteoporosis and trampoline exercise

I'm newly diagnosed with osteoporosis in one hip. Would exercising on a trampoline be helpful?

Ask your doctor and PT. I would think a trampoline would put undue stress on your hip and there is also a danger of hitting the rim or falling. Your doctor knows your situation and a PT trained in osteoporosis could be helpful with a question like this. I walk and do tai chi! Many on this forum do resistance or lift weights (but I am not longer able to!) Have meds been prescribed for you yet?
