How much do sinus issues complicate your lung issues?

You state that it is compounded at Mayo. Is that the Mayo in Rochester, MN, Jacksonville, FL; or Arizona.? I get treated at Mayo Jax, and would like to inquire about the triple spray at my January appointment. I have BE & Pulmonary Fibrosis. Thank-you.

It’s the Mayo in Rochester.

Note: I think the meds are very similar to Azelastine, Flonase and Ipratropium (in mix but available separately) if those are easier to obtain. I’d had such a good response to Azelastine that I waited several weeks to change. Once I did, I prefer this, esp with the supplemental Ipratropium. No terrible taste. 😀
