Not a real high PSA for somebody 75 years old. If you are really worried, you could ask your doctor to get a PSE test done and that will tell you whether or not you have cancer without having to do a biopsy. The test is highly accurate.

Slightly off topic, but would a PSE test be useful in determining whether or not SRT was curative?

Never knew about the PSE test.
Is this taken in the blood draw?
