Does anyone have a solution to help manage Reclast side effects?

Paula, Please let us know how the Prednisone works after you've taken it for awhile. I don't have Polymyalgia Rheumatica, but I am looking for something to conteract the Reclast side effects. Maybe Prednisone could help.

Unfortunately steroids contribute to bone loss if taken at a certain level for a certain amount of time. Many doctors are leery of prescribing for anyone with osteoporosis unless there is a very clear need. Let us know if your doctor does prescribe!
