Yes, but with medical supervisor only. Detox is your ONLY option. This can be life threatening!!! Fioricet has 50 mg of phenobarbital in it...it's physicalladdictive and your body is dependent on this. I've worked in a detox ctr as a nurse for over 20 yrs and I know what I'm talking about!

Thank you for your honesty. I appreciate everything you have told me. I am under the care of a depression therapist and she told me to slowly cut down. I just don’t know how much to cut down daily. She also gave me anxiety meds to help. I just am afraid.
