When removing the pouch lift a corner and push the skin away from the pouch instead of pulling the pouch away from the skin. Less pain and less skin irritation.
I find that OTC cortisone cream works on itching.
I'm also fair haired, light skinned of Irish descent.

Thank you. I bought the cortisone cream today along with a few other anti-itch OTC items. The Ivory soap worked great for awhile but then wore off. The other anti-itch products I bought have also worked. But then Bill had his annual checkup and the doctor prescribed HydrOXYzine HCI 25 MG tab nort. I hope all or at least some of these solutions work. Thanks again. Will post updates.

I have been using Sensi Care sting free adhesive releaser for many years to remove the pouch without any pulling or tugging. I order it each month from my supplier “Edgepark” , you can also find it on Amazon.
