Why would a liver support pill help internal tremors. I have them and getting worse. I chalk it up to anxiety. How can I calm them down?

It is the main ingredient used in the liver support -- N-Acetyl Choline -- it has even been successfully used to assist in the treatment of Parkinson's. In search engine, just type "benefits of N-Acetyl Choline." Everything it can be used for will pop up, and I don't know why, I just know it made mine almost disappear completely. Some mornings when I wake up I still have some that are light, but I have been keeping a log and I think it is when I am not drinking enough water because I'm outside cleaning the leaves out of my yard for the upteenth time!! During the 2-3 hours I am out there I am not drinking anything, and by the time I get in I eat lunch or an early dinner and realize I have had very little to drink. I get up the next morning and the tremors are more prominent, but they still aren't waking me up several times a night with a vibrating bed. I don't know why it helps, but I'm not pushing the liver pill, that is why I provided the 800 mg of N-Acetyl Choline that is the main ingredient. If I could take it morning and night, as directed, there is no doubt in my mind there would be no more tremors at all, but I need to keep my bowels moving and 2 a day tend to constipate me. You should be able to go online and find this supplement at a Health Food Store. The liver support pill I use is made in the USA, and as I said I got them about 2 weeks ago and took my first one that morning with my other vitamins and 2-3 hours later I realized I was not having any tremors. Mine were prominent at night while in bed, but they were in my stomach and shoulder blades and my buttocks and thighs throughout the day. The ones in my stomach made me feel extremely uncomfortable, but the ones while sleeping, or attempting to sleep, while getting woke up several times a night were very problematic for me. I couldn't believe it when I realized I wasn't having any tremors. The first thing I asked myself is what have I done differently today and I realized I took the liver pill. I looked up each ingredient, but the main ingredient is the 800 mg of N-Acetyl Choline. It is a supplement I have never taken before, and I take several supplements daily because the body, as it ages, does not absorb a lot of the vitamins and minerals we need, and I have an artificial aortic valve, so I watch for changes in my body. I didn't say anything for over 2 weeks because I wanted to make sure relief from the tremors didn't just go away. It didn't, and, in fact, just taking one a day, it strengthens so the tremors are ZIP, ZERO, NONE during the day and I am no longer woke up by them at night. Few of us know the workings of the liver or the type of work-horse that organ is. It filters absolutely everything we eat and drink that goes into our body, and possibly any lotions we put on our body or things we smell and breathe. All I know for a fact is that several years ago I started getting pain in my right side and my PA sent me for an ultrasound which showed "thickening" in the top of the liver. I ordered these pills way back then, but didn't have the tremors. They took care of the thickening in my liver and the pain went away. I noticed it returning about a month ago with the same symptoms so I went online to find the pills I took before. It took me about 10 days to receive my order and as I told you, about 2-3 hours after taking that first pill I realized I had not had any tremors that morning. I thought maybe they disappeared as mysteriously as they appeared -- out of nowhere -- but when I woke up the next morning I felt the tremors in my back while laying on my back. I got up and took my vitamins and supplements; and I put my liver pill in the cabinet with them so I don't forget to take it. I made my big mug of cocoa and started my day, noticing, again the tremors are non-existent within less then an hour of taking the pill. That's all I can tell you Lynne, I am very careful with anything I take and start off slowly to determine any changes anything new is making in my body. I felt more energy the first day, and I feel more content throughout the day. That could be the N-Acetyl Choline, or it could just be not having the stinking tremors all day long and short bouts of interrupted sleep throughout the night. I waited to make certain it wasn't a waning occurrence and wanted to get on here to tell others in case it may help them too. I research to find natural alternatives because I don't have the allergy or sensitivity issues with most natural remedies that I do with todays pharmaceuticals.
