Redladyjoni: I don't know if you are still on here as your post was in 2018, but if you are, please look at my post I put up a couple of minutes ago, without hitting reply, so I don't know if any of you would be notified, so I responded to three of you. Please put in search engine, "benefits of N-Acetyl Choline" and see what you think. I found this by accident two weeks ago. It is in a liver support pill I bought, and the first one I took stopped the internal tremors all day long. I had some for the first 2-3 nights after taking it. I was supposed to take one in the morning and one at night, but it has tendency to make it more difficult for my bowels to move so I only take one a day. My tremors are gone. Every now and again, I get a very light one upon waking up and laying in bed watching the news, but otherwise they are gone, and that little liver support pill with 800 mg of N-Acetyl Choline did that. Look it up and I'm sure you will find it interesting.

Why would a liver support pill help internal tremors. I have them and getting worse. I chalk it up to anxiety. How can I calm them down?
