This is what my dr. Called it but I believe they are the same thing. Undifferentiated. I had tons of blood work done. The thing is they were treating me for many different things at once. Long term COVID, Epstein Bar, Cytomegalovirus. I also have Fibromyalgia, Asthma/COPD with my Rt.. diaphragm paralyzed. Breathing issues, scarred lungs RLS, Insomnia Hypothyroidism and many other things.

The some of the bloodwork I had are :
1. ANA screen immunoassay. Positive
2. EBV early antigen ab (igg). H
3ebv viral capsid (vac) ab 513
4. Immunoglobulin g subclass1. Low
Immunoglobulin g subclass 2 low
5. Rpm antibody. Positive
6. SARS cov 2ab spike high

These are some of the tests I had done.

My back is also fused at L4/L5.

I had a full knee replacement rt. 3 years ago.

Needless to say I have chronic pain, and almost unbearable exhaustion. My eyes and mouth are extremely dry. My breathing is not good. When I lay down my O2 drops a lot. I have oxygen at night with a Bipap and I use oxygen when I walk. Can’t breath very well when exerting myself at all.
It is hard to tell which is causing the pain and exhaustion,

I have UCTD. I have completely changed my diet and found it has helped a lot. Check on the anti inflammatory diet . I am gluten free, lactose free and stay away completely from processed food. I focus on eating lots of criciferous veggies ( broccoli, cauliflower, kale, spinach) and eat lots of fruits. Turmeric, ginger, flax seed all help. I’m a smoothie addict. I listen to my body and try to rest up before I get too exhausted! It’s a struggle and I’m not perfect but diet has helped me a lot!
