Interesting information about the vest, i read somewhere ( who know where ) but a weight belt is safer than the vest for those of us with spine problems.

It’s so great your bone density has improved with all you are doing!!! I do weight twice a week, a third day would be so beneficial but that is not happening 😊

@willow5 - Yes 3x a week is better but I myself probably end up doing it twice also. It's better than doing nothing!
