I am also interested in Histotripsy. I was diagnosed with HCC in January this year, and got resection in Feb, but with R1 margin. I have been on Atezo immunotherapy since mid April, but my Oct MRI found there are two small “LR4” lesions showing up. I just added the Avastin (bevacizumab) to my immunotherapy treatment a few days ago, and wonder whether Histotripsy is a good option to get rid of these two lesions. If anyone has utilized Histotripsy, would you please share your experiences? Thanks!

Hello @jiangmx24

I see that @dbamos1945 has already provided you with some information regard Histotripsy and a location on the west coast. If you live in the Midwest, you might want to consider University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Their team of researchers developed this technology. Here is information about U of M's program, https://www.uofmhealth.org/search-app?search=Histotripsy

Has your oncologist suggested this treatment for you, or are you just investigating right now?
