The video says a great deal about the Mayo Clinic recognition of this very critical issue. So appreciative of your sending this link. Unfortunate per the what seems like too many health care organizations that don't exhibit the same or similar perspective or show these compassions. The term I have been hearing lately from other patients is too many medical providers working as if they are on assembly lines ..

I was fortunate to attend the Care that Fits 2024 meeting at Mayo Clinic Rochester as a patient and was happy to see all of the doctors and researchers involved in patient centered care. I'm sure it is a process where doctors evolve one at a time as they learn from a doctor with experience mentoring them in a more patient centered care. Here's more information about the movement - https://innovationexchange.mayoclinic.org/shared-decision-making-and-the-patient-revolution-restoring-the-best-of-patient-care-with-mayo-clinics-dr-victor-montori/.

They also have a website - https://www.patientrevolution.org/
