Welcome @ccubed13, I looked at their website and did not see any Mayo Clinic reference or any clinical studies that were done with the product. They advertise that it's made in an FDA approved facility but then when you read their disclaimer at the footer of their website it tells a different story.
"These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

@redfestherdd mentioned it's helped them in another discussion here - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/1152516/. @bobm47 also mentioned the product in another discussion but I'm not sure if they have tried it.
You might find it helpful to look through the list of neuropathy treatments on the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy website if you haven't already seen it - https://www.foundationforpn.org/treatments/.
Do you mind sharing a little more about your neuropathy diagnosis and any treatments you have tried?
John,
Had every test my doctors could try and finally when no specific reason was found for my numbness and nerve pain in both feet I was just diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy. Have been taking tramadol and gabapenten for a number of years. Can't remember when I started. Occasionally I switch off the gabapenten in favor of Lyrica when the efficacy of the gabapenten ebbs. After a month or two I switch back to the gabapenten which works well for a year or more. Then I switch to lyrica again. I have tried a medical marijuana salve but after a couple of years it is no longer as effective. I rarely resort to taking Vicodin to be able to sleep when the pain is bad at night. Looking for something that will work for me without starting to to regularly take a narcotic other than tramadol..
