Like others here, I have been diagnosed with COPD about twenty years ago. Originally prescribed inhalers, Abutoral, etc. Stopped using them about seven years ago, when I realized my condition had not improved, Saying that - losing weight seemed to improve my condition the most. Ive recently started believing some of the new science. I ve read about using Mullein tea, but decided to start making my own Thyme Oil inhaler, Its been a short trial to this point ....I'll keep the group posted. Thanks everyone for the input.
