@grandmael I thought you might like this walking program from Mayo Clinic. It will help you get started. And don’t worry about 5000 steps! Remember that most on here have a health problem and they’re walking just because. I used to be a great walker, but now I fade pretty early. I walk until I feel that I can’t do it anymore. But, I’m walking.
