Anyone have experience with immunotherapy clinical trials?

From my diagnosis in 8/2024 I have known the key to long term survival is training my immune system to find and attack this cancer. I am stage 3 locally advanced-borderline resectable.
I started an immunotherapy trial the same day I started Folfirinox.
I will have first post treatment CT soon. Ca 19.9 has dropped to 19 from 286 after 4 cycles.
I do think trials are worth the risks.
