Ipratropium Bromide nasal spray works well to decrease the "drippy" nose I seem to have acquired subsequent to having had long-ish-COVID. Hope it works well for you.

Long Covid clinic gave me this nebulizer followed by sodium chloride followed by Aerobika to loosen mucus from chest.
