@idlehands and others : If anyone cannot tolerate Tymlos full dose, the pen has "clicks " for dosing (8 clicks is a full dose) and you can go down to two clicks or 4 clicks or whatever dose, and slowly move up. I actually never took a full dose but got up to 7 clicks. My doctor totally approved. Better than quitting.
