That is a lot for anyone to go thru. I had one death and we were building a house. I don’t know if you are able- but something that really helped me was to volunteer. I volunteer at a Hospice thrift store as the cashier once a week. It gets me away from everything and I met wonderful people. ( we have a ranch so there is alway something happening)

Hi
I have a compression fracture in my spine due to osteopenia. Happened in 2022 when I rolled over in bed. I can't stand for long periods of time. I was just starting abolunteer job at red cross. That had to stop. I am hoping next yr maybe in the fall to volunteer. It has to be a combo of sitting and standing.
