@grandmael i love walking and it would be great if you started! The numbness you mention could be a real problem. I think it might be good to have physical therapy evaluate how you walk and how to maintain good balance. That’s what I was doing before I had a serious fall. Get a good evaluation and join our merry ban of walkers!
