Flare ups due to Fibromyalgia or RA?

I have my worst flares after I fly back from California. Those usually last a good week. Other times it's 3-4 days. I can't remember a time when I was flare free; it's pretty much always an issue.

Curious if you are still around- im in Michigan too [ q9 yrs now in Chelsea/ from California before).
Im 53 & struggling with fibromyalgia/RA/ Reynolds Syndrome/ menopause/ anxiety.. yada yada. I don't believe the diagnosis- is think they just ate my insurance up. And refuse to help- and now insurance is jacked up so im SOL.
I hope i can figure out how to live. Im lucky to have mom& stepdad 2 miles up the road , and helping $$ right now.
