Good for you. I think a lot of my issue is my fibromyalgia and menopause symptoms causes alot of fatigue. since having to stop hrt. I have brutal hot flashes at 6 am every morning. Anxiety that hits out of no where. I also had 4 people pass away during my treatment plus had to put my mom in a nursing home. Alot to come to terms with. My best friend was 1 of the people I lost who was fighting stage 4 ovarian cancer.

That is a lot for anyone to go thru. I had one death and we were building a house. I don’t know if you are able- but something that really helped me was to volunteer. I volunteer at a Hospice thrift store as the cashier once a week. It gets me away from everything and I met wonderful people. ( we have a ranch so there is alway something happening)
