@alphabet Yes Dr. Lani Simpson also nixed the weighted vest. I also tried Wellen and thought the same thing - kinda boring. So, what do your docs say about lifting weights in general? I've heard everything between not lifting more than 5 lbs. to lifting heavier weights with low repetitions.

I respectfully disagree with the negative comments on weighted vests. It has saved my osteoporosis. I go 2 miles a day with a 20 pound vest and my bone density has vastly improved. I have no idea why anyone would ban it unless there were balance or other issues. It has vastly improved my balance and my posture. That and weight training have been a miracle.

After six months using the best, I now Row three times a week, weight train three times a week, and hike with him without Best 2 to 4 miles a week. Chemo induced osteoporosis was getting really really bad. But I’m getting really really strong!

I thought it was just me. Wellen is boring. It gets the job done, but doesn’t make exercise fun.
I’m using Bold free with my insurance. But, the Best is Peleton.
Many different exercise instructors with personality which makes my exercise more entertaining.
