Anyone progress from osteoporosis to osteopenia?

@debbik I went from osteoporosis to osteopenia several years ago. I had a nasal spray med Calcitoin.
Otherwise I never gave it a second thought…
I’ve had too many other, more urgent things to worry about.

Thanks for sharing this. Hadn't heard of this as an option. I wonder sometimes if certain meds are pushed as they bring more income to hospitals like charging a health plan $8000 for each monthly shot of Evenity rather than try this first.
