Did your doctor or pharmacist suggest the method you used to taper? Sounds to me like you went from 150 to zero way too fast—though you weren’t on the drug for that long and I don’t know how that factors in. You can stick it out, or opt to go back on a lower dose until you feel stable, then discontinue hyperbolically, as the experts suggest. I was on half that dose for many years, and it is going to take me years of slowly tapering to get off of it. Only you can make the decision based on how you feel. Sorry for what you are going through. I wish doctors would stop prescribing Effexor altogether, as it is one of the worst to discontinue. Best wishes.
