@sequoia I really don't know. If someone were getting great results I'd guess a month or two. But then the result would be so small that you would still have margin of error concerns and you wouldn't know on the first scan if you could trust that an increase really was a gain. If you kept doing it then you could know whether to trust the early scans as you could see a trend. I cannot remember if I've ever seen studies where they took DXAs more often than 6 month intervals? Certainly by 6 months you could see where you were headed if you were getting good results. And if no gain you could probably surmise it was not working well for you.
