Constant bladder infections

Hi
Since having to go off h.R.T, and going through this breast cancer journey.I have been having chronic bladder infections. I never had them my whole life. Since I turned sixty five , it seems it's Every three months. I take my Probiotic I take my cranberry pills. I use vagifem but no change. I have seen a urologist and had a cystoscope he said it's hormones. My pharmacist told me to try estrogen cream on the outside of the vagina. My doctor says there's no merit in that. If anyone has any documentation , I would love to get a copy. I have read posts on here from women saying it made a difference.

Hi!
Recently, I had a bladder infection and made an appointment to see my doctor. However, I couldn't see him for a month. In the meantime I did some research and discovered that dehydration causes bladder infections. I started drinking a lot of water; 5 full glasses daily. Shortly, my bladder infection went away and I cancelled my doctor's appointment. I've continued to drink a lot of water daily and have never had another bladder infection.
Also, many medications can cause dehydration.
I wish you the best.
