There are solutions that will work, immediately and in time. I am developing a theory that describes successful legal methods, both conventional and novel, that promptly resolves cases like yours and mine.

Update: No people hanging out smoking weed and threatening residents in front of the apartment building since Sunday. This was the first few days in a row when it did not happen. The people are still here though. I believe the landlord gave them a final warning based on apparent numerous complaints from residents and the corroboration of the maintenance person. It's far too early to tell if this will last. The really good news is my anxiety and depression (and frustration) is far less now than it has been in weeks. Still, coming back home, day or night, makes me tense up and my anxiety "goes through the roof" the last leg until I make it through the door. What a way to live. It is amazing how just a few people can easily ruin the quality of others' lives.

If the peace continues here I will post the lessons I learned and hopefully someone else in a similar "hell" situation will at least be able to get some ideas to stop it
