Thank you for writing to me. You are right - he given me a few different diagnosis one day and then changed his mind. Last was “ swayback syndrome “. I am in severe pain every day. All I know that I have to re- train my posture. It’s hard to do because I have 4 fractured discs in my vertebrae. That’s why my muscles are too tight and “ not communicating “ with my bones. He sent me to therapy and therapy didn’t help a bit. A couple exercises and some pictures to take home. So, I found a new therapist on my own and working with him. Different approach. He basically works manually straightening my spine. He been very careful about fractures. I am still in a lot of pain. But hoping something will change at the end. I also have a severe osteoporosis which developed very fast and no doctor can answer why. I don’t have a good endocrinologist- just a general practitioner who specializes in osteoporosis. All this developed in a seven month. I went from happy, active, life loving person to absolutely sad and barely surviving my pain on Tramadol. Which I hate to take but there is nothing else helping with this torturing all day and often night pain.
