Got to the best neurologist in your area and start there. I've been going to Barrows in PHX which is one of the best in the country and they ran a bunch of test to see if I was deficient or over efficient in anything and they found nothing going on that would exacerbate my condition. My condition started in my right calf and then started getting cramps in my ankle in the middle of the night and my toes started to move independently like antennas on a bug lol. since then both calves and feet are numb which I consider a blessing as the painful PN is damn near the worst. I know a guy that has to take morphine pills and when he gets 5 days from his re-order date he gets anxiety attacks until he gets his meds. Have you ever had back issues?

They looked at my back (X-rays, etc.) but they didn’t see anything conclusive that would be causing the severe pain. I even went to a spine doctor in addition to several neurologist. I don’t think I am going to have the next procedure the pain management doctor recommended since the ablation did not work. He said they would do basically a steroid injection at a different angle. None of these injections have worked so I don’t think I am going through them anymore so basically I don’t know what to do next except go back to the neurologist and say, “now what?”
