Still haven't been contacted by my doctor yet, just saw the results online. So I don't know if this is type 1 or 2, but given that I'm 37 years old, I'm thinking type 2 is more likely.

I wouldn't be too sure about type 2. I was diagnosed with type 1 at age 78!

Maybe….you can get Type 1 at any age. Some adults are diagnosed type 2, but it turns out they are type 1. Sometimes type 1 appears gradually. Anyway, hopefully your doctor will determine the proper diagnosis.
There are many tools and treatments now. It requires focus and planning, but is definitely doable.
