@lilianna, yes it is good for the lungs and for the entire body. As I said before, I buy it on Amazon, high molecular weight liposomal HLA. I get the brand they sell at that time, not always the same. Currently, I am taking this one: https://www.amazon.com/RENUE-Liposomal-Hyaluronic-Acid-Supplement/dp/B0C4BRF578/ref=sr_1_1
the manufacturer says it is high molecular weight.
I swallow 1 capsule a day.
I do not know if it interacts with meds, I only take Advair. You may want to ask your physician if in doubt.

I am looking into it.
It apparently is found naturally in our systems and as well in typical foods that we eat so for me that is a positive.
I noticed that the NOW brand found in health food stores has the hyaluronic acid.
