I understand your fear with your upcoming infusion; I was the same way. It was recommended I drink a lot of water , you asked how much; I recommend between 24 to 32 ounces prior. Also, you will need to drink water after the infusion. I took one 8 hour Tylenol prior to the infusion, that’s all I needed. Everyone is different so you may have to see what works for you. The first infusion I had flu like symptoms for about 6 hours, but then they passed just as fast. My second infusion
, I didn’t have any side effects. I have had my bone scan and my BMI index improved substantially. I share this with you just to let you know the drug did work for me and I was scared to take it. As a matter of fact I refused to take it for two years until my bone scan showed a continuous loss of bone mass. I have taken two infusions now and the numbers improved. I hope this helps.

Thank you ... I am definitely having anxiety about this drug. But it's either Reclast or Prolia. Pros and cons with both no doubt. Did you hydrate the day before your infusion? And afterwards?
