I did 28 months and another 12 and never missed a day. I worked at home on occasion until the pandemic and the worked at home until hybrid schedule 3 days on office and 2 days home office. I asked about our partial disability as described in our employeer insurance manual but never got an answer

Rick, I have read prior posts of yours so understand you have cavitary disease. Were you then on daily Big 3? I have nodular bronchiectatic MAI with cavitation (C-NB) so daily Big 3 is being recommended to me with IV Amikacin for first three months. Wondering if you had similar protocol and what those side effects may have been like for you, acknowledging we are all different in terms of our responses to these drugs. I have read that daily Big 3 is much harder to tolerate than three days a week, so am curious about the experience of those that have done daily Big 3 and particularly with the added Amikacin IV.

Did you have to visit clinics for recurring bloodwork, sputum induction, hearing and vision exams, and follow-ups with the specialist who prescribed the antibiotics? I do and those appointments can only be scheduled during business hours. I'm spending almost all my time managing MAC treatment and am curious how you and others were able to spend less time on these clinic visits.
