I have a meningioma but mine is between my eyes. I haven’t had any trouble out of mine. It’s grown a little in 12 years . I’ve been under active surveillance since being diagnosed. However my doctor wanted to do surgery in 2022. I’m not having any problems and it’s only grown a little. I’ve decided not to have surgery.

gigi...I also have a falx meningioma. I think it's .8 cm. I also have a parasaggital meningioma-.6.
A year ago I had a craniotomy for a 3 cm. meningioma that was trying to grow into my optic nerve. The same neurosurgeon who removed that meningioma said, "If you were my sister I'd recommend that we watch and wait on those two." They have not shown any growth on the MRIs over the course of a year and a half. Ultimately, the neuro doc said he would only recommend radiation if I got to the point where he thought something should be done.

I was just diagnosed with the same. I fell and hit my head and that is how it showed up. I went to a neurosurgeon and he said to wait a year and have another MRI - right now it is 11mm. My vision has changed in my right eye but he says that is not the reason. I read others comments about vision changes but the doctors all seem to say that is not the cause. Makes me wonder why there are many of us that are having the same issue.
